STELLA Automotive AI has completed an “intelligent read-write” integration with end-to-end service department platform myKaarma designed to allow STELLA to operate seamlessly within a dealership’s fixed ops platform.

STELLA uses conversational AI to manage data input and operational processes like a service advisor, which the company said will give dealerships with the myKaarma platform “an elevated level of customer service and operational efficiency.”

CEO Rich Sands said STELLA is “incredibly proud” of the new collaboration.

“Working with myKaarma has been a great experience,” he said, “and we have accomplished AI capabilities that make STELLA perform in a context-aware fashion. The customer experience is smart, and dealers can configure the product to best meet their needs.”

The integration includes STELLA Service Booking, an AI digital voice assistant designed to answer every inbound call on the first ring, 24/7, eliminating hold times and allowing customers to schedule appointments to reduce the booking process to less than two minutes.

“This integration leverages myKaarma’s advanced appointment booking features, managing customer maintenance and repair services, advisor scheduling, transportation options and other crucial aspects of the booking process,” myKaarma CEO Ujj Nath said.
