3 New Features Added to Ignite CRM

DealerFire has announced the release of three new product features and enhancements to Ignite, its proprietary Content Management System, which are now available as standard offerings to the company’s dealership clients.
Leif Richards, vice president of Web services at DealerFire, said, “Developing ways to improve usability and add value to our system is a priority and ultimately ensures the success of our customers in a competitive market. These latest releases include practical items delivered at no additional cost to dealers.
“Thanks to a talented development staff, we are constantly updating the Ignite platform and look forward to executing future innovations,” he said.
New product enhancements include the Testimonials Importer, which consolidates customer reviews from multiple web sources directly to a dealership’s website.
The new features also include a Buyers Guide that dealers can use to create and print directly from Ignite for display in used inventory, as required by federal law to offer warranty details, dealer identification and consumer complaint information.
A Job Posting Manager is the third new feature announced by DealerFire, which is designed to create and post job openings for real-time updates to the website employment page, directly from Ignite.
