Arizona Honda Dealers Using Pandora Ads to Reach Mobile Radio Listeners

Many may see radio advertising as a thing of the past, but with new technology comes new opportunities. With Pandora Internet radio and satellite radio offerings bringing drivers various music and radio programs mostly commercial free, the ads that do run are bound to grab some attention.
A group of Arizona dealers is capitalizing on this assertion with an ad campaign geared towards Pandora Radio users.
Any Pandora Radio user, living in or near the Phoenix region, will now able to hear advertisements and other special announcements from Valley Honda Dealers on their mobile devices, the group says.
How?
In an effort to reach a unique market niche — mobile radio listeners — Valley Honda has recently begun using Pandora ads, and it has already managed to notch some 4,155,334 impressions from mobile radio listeners, it said, who hear their advertising messages on devices like the iPad and iPhone.
“As more and more people are listening to streaming radio on their tablets and phones, Valley Honda has been working hard to use this medium to reach a much broader range of customers,” officials shared.
“Although Pandora ads are a relatively new tool in the company’s marketing arsenal, Valley Honda has been quick to recognize and take advantage of the opportunity to reach mobile users. In this time of ever evolving internet technology, the company wants to lead the charge and make full use of the new promotional mediums that are opening up,” they continued.
Valley Honda is working with Real World Marketing agency, based in Scottsdale, Ariz, to help “maximize their exposure on Pandora.”
