U.S. Porsche is the latest brand to sign on with automotiveMastermind to implement its predictive analytics technology, which can provide dealer sales teams with key insights and valuable consumer information unique to car shoppers, the company announced on Tuesday.
“Stunning vehicles like the 911 and Cayman models continue to demonstrate that Porsche is committed to delivering top-performance, luxury vehicles,” automotiveMastermind chief executive officer and co-founder Marco Schnabl said in a news release.
“With the adoption of our behavior prediction technology, Porsche dealers will be able to better drive business by enabling their sales teams to access the best customers they should be contacting and marketing to at the right time with the best information, that will generate the most effective sales growth," Schnabl continued.
To calculate car shoppers’ buying behavior, automotiveMastermind's proprietary technology can process thousands of DMS data points and combine it with Big Data such as social media profiles, financial records and product and consumer lifecycle information, according to the company.
The predictive analytics and marketing automation technology provider uses its collection of consumer information to develop and offer personalized marketing campaigns that aim to increase the likelihood of a customer visiting a dealer.
“As Porsche has evolved, they have maintained a leading position in the automotive performance market. The option to now use predictive analytics adds to that evolution,” automotiveMastermind vice president of sales and marketing Andrew Gillman said in the release.
“Mastermind’s behavior prediction technology helps the dealer by making the sales floor more efficient, improving sales and customer retention rates,” he added.
