Black Book Launches Revamped Mobile App

Black Book has launched the second iteration of its mobile application: Black Book Digital.
The tool was “built from the ground up” and its new design aims to help auto professionals make profitable decisions through simple-to-use features, the company said.
Black Book Digital was designed to provide a more efficient means to search vehicles and valuation data; one of its features is what the company calls “cutting-edge” VIN scanner technology. Moreover, the tool gives users “quick access to more data on specific vehicles than ever before.”
Users are provided a 360-degree valuation perspective; including layers of info providing vehicle value data and additional modules offering Carfax and AutoCheck informations as well as trends, vehicle specifications, photos, Demand Index and complete market report info.
Users also do not need to rely on Wi-Fi, the company said, as Black Book Digital lets them to quickly tap into valuation data offline.
Additionally, the tool’s Q-List allows users to manage inventory and share info with others regardless of where they are.
“Mobile usage among automotive professionals is expected to continuously grow in the coming years, and we now have devices that offer cutting-edge technology and features,” said Mike Williams, vice president of direct sales and mobile for Black Book. “Black Book Digital is designed to enable and empower these professionals so that they can think faster, think smarter, and ultimately make more profitable decisions whether they’re in the field, at an auction, or on the sales lot.”
