JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -

Carvana has launched in its 11th market and its second one in Florida in three weeks.

The online car retailer said Tuesday it has expanded to Jacksonville, Fla. With the new market, Carvana has the capability to provide free delivery to 9.3 million customers nationwide.

Included in that is the more than 800,000 people in this north Florida market.

Carvana now provides the free, next-day delivery to the Atlanta; Austin, Tex.; Birmingham, Ala.; Charlotte, N.C.; Dallas; Houston; Nashville, Tenn.; San Antonio; Raleigh, N.C.; Orlando, Fla.; and Jacksonville markets.

"The Jacksonville expansion marks our second opening in Florida in three weeks. There is a huge demand here, and we’re rapidly expanding to meet it,” Ernie Garcia, chief executive officer and founder of Carvana, said in the news release. “Jacksonville is a huge market for car sales and we’re excited to bring a better and much more enjoyable way to buy a car to the residents of northern Florida.”

Carvana is also provided a full refund of the delivery free for consumers in Jacksonville who used Carvana to buy a car previously (before the company began offering the free, next-day delivery).
