Sarah Copp is back with Lotlinx as chief commercial officer.

The inventory performance intelligence company for automotive retail said on Thursday that Copp will lead the company’s unified sales and account management organization, bringing together teams, processes, and priorities to strengthen customer relationships and drive commercial growth.

“Sarah knows Lotlinx, she knows our customers, and she understands what it takes to win in this market,” Lotlinx chairman and CEO Len Short said in a news release. “Her leadership, deep understanding of our business, and ability to connect with dealers make her the right person to bring our commercial organization together around a shared vision.

“Having Sarah back is an important step in strengthening how we work together and deliver value to our customers,” Short continued.

Along with more than two years with Lotlinx, Copp’s professional career, according to her LinkedIn profile, includes about 10 years in executive sales roles with AutoAlert and Xtime. She also spent more than three years as general manager of a franchised dealership in Michigan.

With Copp back in a management position, Lotlinx said it will focus on strengthening customer relationships, driving adoption of new products, and bringing the company’s continued innovation to market in ways that deliver greater value to automotive retailers.

“I’m excited to return to Lotlinx and work alongside this team to build on what makes the company successful,” Copp said in the news release. “We have a strong value proposition and an opportunity to deliver even greater value to our dealer partners. By bringing sales and account management together around shared goals, a consistent approach, and a stronger customer experience, we can build lasting relationships and help dealers make better inventory decisions.”
