Dealer.com Expands Certified Provider Program

Dealer.com announced this morning it has added CallSource and e-Dealer Solutions to its certified provider program.
Now, e-Dealer’s and CallSource’s technologies will be integrated into the Dealer.com solution.
And customers will now have access to these new technologies through the Dealer.com ControlCenter.
Commenting on the news, Mike DeCecco, director of business development at Dealer.com, said, "Dealerships need to have the right software tools and sales approach to work successfully with today's car shopper, who is doing the majority of their research legwork online.

Highlighting a little more about what this partnership means for Dealer.com customers, e-Dealer Solutions works to provide car dealerships with online, in-person and DVD-based training designed to improve salespeople's phone skills, email compositions and daily operating processes.
