Dealertrack Canada Completes System Integrations with GM of Canada

Dealertrack Canada announced today it has completed Dealer System certification with General Motors of Canada. What does this mean for GM dealers?
Now, GM of Canada dealers using Dealertrack’s DMS can transfer data directly with GM of Canada’s corporate systems, including the transmission of parts, warranty, financial and inventory information, the companies said.
As a certified GM of Canada Dealer System Provider, the Dealertrack DMS will be presented as a DMS alternative for GM of Canada dealerships, officials noted.
Michael Collins, vice president, lender finance solutions and Canadian operations for Dealertrack, said, “We are committed to helping Canadian dealers streamline the workflow between dealerships and OEMs, like GM, through the use of the Dealertrack Dealer Management System and other solutions.
“Our work with GM Canada demonstrates how Dealertrack can partner with OEMs to transform and optimize processes and workflows to drive cost-saving efficiencies throughout dealerships in Canada,” he continued.
Dealertrack’s DMS is a part of Dealertrack’s Dealflow Advantage for dealers in Canada.
“Dealflow Advantage is designed to create greater efficiencies in managing, financing and selling vehicles for dealers,” the company said. “The Dealertrack Dealflow Advantage underscores Dealertrack’s commitment to improve workflows to help drive profits and value through every step of a customer interaction and transaction for dealerships.”
On top of the DMS system, dealers using Dealflow Advantage have access to sales and F&I tools including credit application processing and F&I product aftermarket selling.
