LAKE SUCCESS, N.Y. –
DealerTrack AAX has officially finalized its acquisition of eCarList, completing the purchase of the management and merchandising solutions provider a little more than a month after announcing the deal on May 25.
Per the transaction, eCarList’s fleet of inventory management and online marketing tools are now included in the DealerTrack Inventory Solutions Group.
That group features the following amenities through integrated Software as a Service platform: inventory management, inventory distribution, vehicle appraisal and pricing tools, mobile software, dealership health reporting, customer relationship management; custom Web design and digital marketing solutions.
Meanwhile, eCarList can help dealers become more productive and boost inventory turn, sales and profitability.
It is designed to accomplish this by improving and simplifying inventory management and distribution, as well as the way inventory is presented consumers.
“The acquisition of eCarList will improve upon our industry-leading inventory management solution to the automotive retail market,” stated Mark O’Neil, chairman and chief executive officer of DealerTrack.
