Dent Wizard has a new leader.

The provider of auto reconditioning services announced president Bryan Wynn has been named its new CEO as part of a planned leadership transition designed to create continuity and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

As Wynn takes over, Mike Black, who served as CEO since 2018 and has been with Dent Wizard for 23 years, moves into a mentoring and advisory role, the company said, to provide strategic guidance and leadership support as it moves into its next phase of growth.

“The future of Dent Wizard is bright,” Black said. “I have complete confidence in Bryan’s leadership and vision for the company, his commitment to customers and support of our employees.”

Wynn joined Dent Wizard in 2022 as chief financial officer and was promoted to president in August 2024. He previously served as an executive vice president for Bain Capital, working with portfolio companies — including companies in the automotive services and refinishing sectors — on growth strategy, operational scale and value creation.

“I step into this role with energy, optimism and deep respect for the people who built Dent Wizard into the leader it is today,” Wynn said. “Our strategies remain our north star.”

In a news release, the company said Wynn will “continue advancing its strategic priorities, including investment in technology, scalable platforms and talent development to deliver consistent, high-quality reconditioning solutions for customers nationwide.”
