Dominion Dealer Solutions Adds Social Media Capabilities to Reputation Tool

Dominion Dealer Solutions said today it has broadened the scope of its PRIME Response dealer reputation management program with social media engagement solutions and services.
What PRIME Social will offer dealers is a tool for posting, sourcing and tracking social engagement, the company explained.
“Going forward, dealers must have a plan for their entire web presence,” said Michael Sos, interactive media product manager for Dominion Dealer Solutions. "This includes reputation sites, blogs and social networks.
“PRIME Social, combined with industry-leading reputation management tools from Dominion Dealer Solutions, is perfect for dealerships that want to manage this themselves as those dealers that prefer to entrust this management to a partner,” Sos continued.
The product features a social media report card, custom 90-day social strategy, online reputation management, social media best practices and daily posts.
As part of this new offering, Dominion Dealer Solutions has established a new social media consulting team, which can provide coaching and turn-key social media management.
