Professional, personalized price quotes in minutes — that’s the goal of a new dealer solution just announced by Digital Air Strike.
Dubbed Response Logix Smart Quote 3.0, the new online quoting system can help auto dealers ensure that each potential customer receives a personalized price quote within minutes, the company said.
Features of Smart Quote 3.0 include the Smart Quote Review, which Digital Air Strike said is designed to increase quote engagement and allow dealership staff to review and customize vehicle quotes prior to sending them to prospects.
Other features include Quote Open Alerts, which let staff know the moment a quote is opened; Enhanced YouTube, which integrates YouTube content more prominently in the quotes, offering customers vehicle walk-around videos and other information; and Chat Spotlight, which more fully integrates chat into the sales cycle as a communication tool.
