TORONTO -

As digital marketing options continue to expand, it is becoming more and more important for dealers to focus on online reputation management and store promotion across the Web.

Google, in cooperation with Boost Media Solutions, will be offerings an upcoming webinar that will provide dealers with an introduction to search engine marketing.

Greg Connor, chief executive officer of Boost Media Solutions, told Auto Remarketing Canada this event marks the “kick-off” for Boost Media Solutions entry into the pay-per-click business in partnership with Google.

Boost has recently launched its Search Program in partnership with Google, as well as a full suite of mobile solutions – everything from its BoostIT iPhone/Android collection tool to full dealership mobile applications.

Google and Boost explained the two hour event — scheduled for April 15 from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. (EDT) — is designed to cater to all levels of attendees, whether “you consider yourself a PPC Ninja, or you're simply interested in hearing more about how Google and its Adword programs  can benefit your dealership.

“Specifically, this webinar is meant to dispel some of the myths and confusion often heard on the streets, by letting you hear the facts directly from senior Google staffers,” officials noted.

At the end of the event, there will be a Q&A period for attendees with more in-depth questions.

The event is being held at Google’s Canadian headquarters in downtown Toronto, but for those who cannot attend in person, there will be live Web access, as well.

Topics for the day will include:

   —The digital revolution  (global, Candian and local statistics)
   —The road ahead for dealers (dealer trends, volumes in Canada, spending for dealers)
   —SEM and the importance of it as a marketing channel
