izmo’s acquisition of Geronimo Web creates a digital retail giant
Digital auto sales technology provider izmo Inc., has acquired Geronimo Web, a global provider of digital marketing programs for OEMs and dealerships, a deal izmo said establishes it as one of the largest providers of digital web platforms for automotive dealers across the U.S., Europe and South America.
The combined company now serves more than 4,000 dealers worldwide, izmo said, providing services in 37 countries and 16 languages.
“This acquisition marks a significant milestone in our mission to revolutionize the automotive retail landscape,” izmo CEO Tej Soni said in a news release. “Geronimo’s expertise in digital web and online marketing combined with our innovative interactive media products will enable us to deliver even greater value to our customers worldwide.”
Geronimo CEO Jackie Lawton said the deal allows Geronimo to leverage izmo’s technology and resources.
“This partnership will empower us to accelerate our mission of guiding OEMs and automotive dealerships through their digital transformation journey,” she said.
izmo said the merger provides the companies’ clients with an expanded global reach, a diverse product portfolio with access to a wider range of products, and enhanced expertise.
Izmo’s product portfolio, including izmoemporio 3D Virtual Showroom, Digital+ Digital Transformation Program and MarketingFactory, will now be accessible to dealers who use Geronimo’s platform.
