Maritz’s Deal with Mazda to Offer Dealers Lead Management, Digital Marketing Program

Mazda North American Operations has entered a preferred provider agreement with Maritz Dealer Solutions under which its U.S. dealers will be equipped with a Maritz program called Opportunity Max that is designed to boost digital marketing and lead management.
Maritz will start off by working with about 100 Mazda dealers throughout five regions and aiding them in lead generation, lead management improvement and boosting the buying experience for customers. The program has already begun rolling out to Mazda stores throughout the U.S.

Maritz outlined the focus areas for Opportunity Max with Mazda dealers, as follows:
Digital Marketing
- Dealership website design and optimization
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Social site presence and reputation enhancement
- Event management
Lead Management
- Marketing spend effectiveness
- Staff performance monitoring
- Lead management process design
Within each of these focus areas, Maritz is aiming to: offer analysis against industry best practices, make recommendations and help the dealer execute.
