LAS VEGAS –
Following enhancements to its product lineup and a branding evolution, auto revenue and retention solutions provider MPi on Monday announced the company’s new name, AutoPoint.
The AutoPoint Platform is a suite of integrated applications that allows a dealership to optimize its current and future fixed operations revenue opportunities, the company reported, and offers a 400 percent ROI Guarantee.
The platform aims to enable automotive service centers to increase productivity and effectiveness, in turn improving customer experience and raising service standards.
“AutoPoint is service evolved,” said Managing Director Rich Holland. “The new name provides us with an umbrella under which we will continue to add and enhance products and services that deliver exceptional value and ROI in the automotive fixed operations space.
“With our eye on creating a global presence, the AutoPoint brand will be our unified flagship moving forward,” he said.
Holland also announced the consolidation of the company’s five offices into a single facility in South Jordan, Utah, coming in February 2014.

“As we plan for significant growth, we look forward to taking advantage of the synergies created by a centralized environment, as well as providing a truly state-of-the-art training facility to our clients,” he said.
The 2014 AutoPoint will be unveiled at the 2014 NADA Convention and Exposition, set for Jan. 24-27, in New Orleans.
