Ever wondered how your customers look for cars? In an effort to provide dealers with this information and more, Mudd Advertising announced the upcoming release of its new Survey for Mudd AdSuite tool.
The new offering is a surveying app designed to help dealers “build a comprehensive customer profile,” the company said.
“Through the use of Survey for Mudd AdSuite, dealers will be able to gain greater insight into who their customers are, an essential part of an effective marketing strategy,” the company contends.
Here’s how it works.
When a dealership activates the app, customers will be asked to answer a series of questions via an Android or iOS device. These questions are designed to gauge their media preferences, buying habits, online research tactics and hobbies.
This information could provide valuable statistics for dealers when devising their digital and traditional marketing strategies.

Then, the results of the survey are copiled and can be viewed by dealers after logging into MuddAdSuite.com.
“Survey is a continuation of our push to build products that analyze data and drive results,” chief technology officer Terrance Bush said.
