New DealerMatch Tool Helps Dealers Find Best Trading Partners

DealerMatch said Tuesday it is launching new technology called MatchPro that can recommend dealer-to-dealer trading partners, and it will be demonstrating this new tool at the NADA Convention & Expo this weekend.
“MatchPro takes DealerMatch’s massive inventory database – more than one million cars from more than 25,000 dealers – and makes it actionable,” said Greg Easterly, president of DealerMatch.
“MatchPro uses a set of analytics to recommend the right trading partners – other dealers who have inventory you need and who are likely to be good and responsive trading partners,” Easterly added.
“This lets our members build trading networks with partners they probably would not have otherwise found, and it’s another way DealerMatch helps members cut time and cost out of sourcing inventory.”
The patent-pending technology will be demonstrated at DealerMatch’s booth during the NADA convention in New Orleans. Dealers can also team up and enter a contest at the booth to win up to $40,000.
DealerMatch is a subscription-based Web and mobile app that connects dealers with retail-ready used vehicles. The company said its member base has more than doubled in the last six months, and the marketplace now includes more than 1 million retail-ready units.
“I’ve been able to save nearly $15,000 over the course of two months with DealerMatch,” said Kyle Beauchamp of Rhodes Auto Sales. “It takes pressure off my margins and means that I can be more competitive with pricing for my customers.”
