Marketing automation platform for dealers OneCommand revealed late last week that a series of enhancements to the company's offerings comes along with a new corporate identity.

The company announced the rollout of a redesigned website, corporate logo and the introduction of new products and services.

“Our new brand identity is the next step in communicating to both current and potential customers that OneCommand will provide solutions, products and services that surpass our competitors”, said Jeff Hart, president and chief executive officer.

“We want to illustrate to the auto industry that we are a forward thinking company with a strong commitment to helping our dealers communicate better with their customers,” he added.

First up, the new logo was “motivated by the evolution of its brand identity, which conveys design elements that are consistent with the company mission and its new product offerings: modern, precise and professional,” the company explained.

And this new logo was revealed with a few new product launches, as well.

The company will also debut OneCommand’s Platform. The company is offering dealers the Customer Marketing & Loyalty Automation Platform, which “is comprised of solutions, techniques and best practices to deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right customer through the right communications platform,” the company contends.

“These proprietary tools are designed to drive traffic and increase customer loyalty while reducing marketing costs,” it added.

What exactly does this offering entail?

The foundation of OneCommand’s Customer Marketing & Loyalty Automation Platform is five components: voice, email, text, direct mail and social content, officials explained.

“OneCommand’s Customer Marketing & Loyalty Automation Platform combines an outstanding set of tools, but the real difference is OneCommand’s AutoIntelligence. AutoIntelligence is a methodology of OneCommand’s proven data management and best practices that leverage products and give dealership’s an edge,” they noted.

The company also explained that to help dealers accelerate their results, they can utilize the company’s solution bundles.

“These innovative, industry leading solution based combinations address specific dealership needs and deliver real results. OneCommand offers Response Boost, Customer Contact Accelerator and SalesFinder to solve for specific dealership shortfalls,” officials shared.

“OneCommand’s new identity not only demonstrates its commitment to delivering innovative, industry leading solutions, but its commitment to partnering with auto dealers to drive sales,” they concluded.
