There is quite a bit of investment in marketing aimed at pushing visitors — and subsequently, leads — to dealer websites, says Michael Murphey of Semcasting.
“And the reality is, the consumer is becoming more savvy. And the consumer is becoming more private,” Murphey said.
“And the amount of unknown shoppers continues to grow,” he said.
