Repairify makes new hire & promotes two executives

Repairify announced a new hire and two executive promotions on Monday.
The provider of remote diagnostics, calibrations, programming, and automotive intelligence for the collision and mechanical repair industries first revealed the hiring of Jennifer Hawxhurst as a vice president of sales and field sales leader.
Meanwhile, promoted to new roles at Repairify are Aubrey Dahl, who is now senior vice president of global sales operations, and Andy Noyes, who is vice president of sales for strategic accounts.
The company highlighted Hawxhurst — who was among Auto Remarketing’s 40 Under 40 honorees in 2022 — brings more than a decade of experience in the automotive industry to the Repairify team. Her previous roles include vice president of dealer sales for OPENLANE and sales manager for CarMax.
Repairify said Hawxhurst will be working closely with account executives and collision center customers in the field to strengthen relationships and drive growth.
“We are excited to have Jennifer join the Repairify team,” Repairify chief transformation officer Keith Crerar said. “Jennifer has a proven track record of elite leadership skills and superior customer service program execution. We look forward to her bringing her experience in the industry to the sales team as we focus on our vision of building stronger partnerships and driving value for our customers.”
In addition to naming Hawxhurst to her new role, Repairify has also promoted Dahl and Noyes.
In her expanded role, Repairify said Dahl will be building a sales operations center of excellence, focused on driving sales effectiveness and operational consistency. Dahl has been part of the Repairify sales team for close to two years and she has over 15 years’ experience in sales leadership roles.
Noyes has more than 20 years of experience working in the automotive industry, and he has been part of the Repairify team for more than six years.
The company said Noyes’ new role will focus on sales and customer experience for multiple-shop operators and dealer groups.
