TradePending and DriveCentric are joining forces in a partnership designed to simplify the dealership sales cycle.
The collaboration integrates TradePending’s customer engagement platform with DriveCentric’s customer relationship management system to provide a single source for customer engagement information.
Through the integration, dealerships can automatically send leads and lead assignments from the DriveCentric CRM to TradePending’s Video and AutoBio tools, the companies said. Video messages and AutoBio digital brochure sharing activity are then logged back into DriveCentric to give dealership sales teams a complete view of customer engagement in one centralized location.
“The combination of TradePending and DriveCentric’s solutions provides sales teams with more robust customer activity information at their fingertips,” TradePending chief product officer Jeff Angtuaco said. “Logging customer activity in duplicate systems is not only inefficient but also may increase the likelihood for errors.”
TradePending’s AutoBio is designed to generate comprehensive digital brochures that highlight the unique aspects of a dealership’s inventory, the company said, providing the “full story” of a vehicle in a single spot to keep customers engaged.
TradePending Video is a dealership video messaging app the enables sales professionals to create and send personalized videos to prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle, The company said the videos humanize the car-buying process, driving engagement, improving customer trust and boosting close rates without requiring customer downloads.

DriveCentric CEO Matt Leone said the partnership aligns with his company’s strategy to evolve its CRM into an open, flexible platform designed to power the entire customer lifecycle, using integration partnerships to expand its capabilities.
“Our vision is simple,” he said. “If it engages the customer, it belongs in DriveCentric. We’re removing silos and making it easier for dealers to connect tools like TradePending directly into our platform, so everything works better together.”
