Varyani joins Dealer Alchemist to lead company’s OEM partnerships

Dealer Alchemist has hired Roma Varyani as vice president of OEM partnerships to lead the development and expansion of the company’s partnerships with OEMs
The automotive digital marketing company said the addition of Varyani to the leadership team “underscores the company’s dedication to fostering strategic partnerships” to enhance value for clients and partners.
“Adding Roma Varyani to Dealer Alchemist’s OEM operations is a testament to our continued growth and vision for serving our Tier 1 partners and their dealers,” president and partner Jeff Clark said. “We need to bring the best the industry has to offer to our leadership team, and with Roma’s education, vast experience, work ethic and success, she is the perfect fit for this key strategic role.”
Varyani’s 15-plus years in automotive, software-as-a-service, artificial intelligence and digital marketing includes leadership positions with Stellantis, Chevrolet and Yahoo, where Dealer Alchemist said she consistently drove innovation and growth in partnerships and digital strategies spanning from Tier 1 through Tier 3.
Most recently, she served as head of OEM partnerships for Fullpath.
Varyani said she is joining Dealer Alchemist at a “pivotal time” in the company’s growth.
