Tire selling information at the fingertips of service advisers, right in the service lane: That’s the aim of a new partnership announced on Tuesday.

Dealer Tire and Xtime are teaming up to integrate the digital selling solution and inventory information of Dealer Tire with Xtime’s tablet-based service lane solution, called Check-in 7. 

The result is that service advisers can now offer customers vehicle-specific recommendations and pricing and check inventory availability right in the lane.  

“The integration with Xtime’s Check-In 7 makes it easy for service advisers to sell tires on the service drive,” said Dealer Tire partner and chief sales officer Cindy Stull.

“We are excited to be working with Xtime because we’re really in the same business: helping dealers retain customers while increasing service and parts revenue,” she said.  

Xtime and Dealer Tire each have relationships with more than a dozen automotive OEMs in North America, comprising thousands of dealerships.
