On Tuesday, TotalCX promoted long-time employee Jonathan Jackson to chief experience officer.

Jackson has been with the provider of artificial intelligence-driven customer experience management solutions for eight years, previously serving as director of partner accounts and lead product manager.

Before joining the company — which combines automation, AI, ongoing training, real-time assessments and staff augmentation — Jackson held continuously advanced positions in support and account management at Car-Research XRM.

With this extensive experience, TotalCX said Jackson brings in-depth knowledge of automotive technology needs, dealership operations as well as dealership client management to his new role.

“Jonathan continually delivers superior results in every position,” TotalCX CEO Gary Graves said in a news release. “He always keeps the customer’s needs at the forefront of every decision. It is a delight to be able to promote him to this important role.”

Jackson now will be responsible for both the support and account management teams that serve the TotalCX customer base.

“I am truly thrilled and grateful to step into the role of chief experience officer,” Jackson said in the news release. “This opportunity aligns with my passion for creating memorable and impactful experiences. I am committed to elevating the overall journey for our customers, employees, and stakeholders.

“I am honored to lead our efforts in redefining and enhancing the overall experience at TotalCX,” Jackson said.
