We Help Dealers, a jack-of-all-trades dealership service provider, is adding another trade — wholesale vehicle acquisition — to its offerings.

The company has launched a comprehensive inventory sourcing service, designed to boost dealer efficiency and productivity by handling the necessary research, based on individual dealer preferences.

We Help Dealers, founded and owned by auto industry veteran Tina Novoa, provides services for dealerships needing temporary assistance in areas including sales, service and marketing. The company said its actionable plans to improve profitability are tailored to individual dealers, since dealers’ parameters, ideas and project timelines can vary widely.

“Dealers know what sells well in their primary area of responsibility but researching thousands of vehicles in the marketplace takes a considerable amount of time,” Novoa said in a news release. “We roll up our sleeves and do the legwork to find the right cars for the right prices.

“Should a dealer need help in discovering model-specific opportunities, we can produce a vehicle purchase and sales trend analysis to ascertain possibilities for broadening their inventory offerings.”

Novoa began her automotive career working for her family’s dealership group and since served in a variety of management roles with Nissan North America, Subaru of America, Mitsubishi Motors North America and Manheim, as well dealerships in the retail sector.

“Over the years, we’ve picked up lots of tools and tricks and pride ourselves on remaining at the forefront of the automotive industry curve,” she said. “Ultimately, it’s strong execution, not just good ideas, that grow your business.

“Execution is the key to consistent results, so we’ve built processes and a delivery model that repeatedly accomplishes tangible success.”
