Amidst the activities during this week’s NAAA World Remarketing Convention in Seattle, the National Auto Auction Association honored Kerri Rotunda, Greg Price, Tyler Payton, and Martin Sandoval as Warren Young Fellows for their many contributions and distinguished service to the wholesale industry following their term as president of their respective association chapters.
Also receiving this accolade was Jeff Martin, who is CEO of the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association, and Bryce Beckstrom, who is learning solutions leader for ConditionReports.com.
NAAA honored them with a $2,500 donation each to the NAAA Warren Young, Sr. Scholastic Foundation. NAAA reiterated a Warren Young Fellow is someone who donates, or, in whose honor or memory a contribution is made, in that amount or above.
The NAAA Foundation is the charitable arm of the National Auto Auction Association.
Through its scholarship and emergency relief programs, the foundation supports auction employees, their families, and future industry leaders by providing educational opportunities and financial assistance during times of hardship.
The foundation has given out more than $1.1 million in scholarships to 265 students and nearly $50,000 in emergency relief to more than 100 auction employees.

Since becoming CEO of NIADA in March 2023, NAAA highlighted Martin has worked to strengthen the association’s programs, expand its events, and enhance its advocacy efforts on behalf of independent automobile dealers across the country.
Under his leadership, NIADA has increased its influence on Capitol Hill while continuing to elevate the voice of independent dealers nationwide. Martin has also fostered a strong spirit of collaboration between NIADA and NAAA, helping strengthen the relationship between the two organizations and advancing initiatives that benefit the broader automotive remarketing community.
A respected association executive with more than two decades of experience, Martin previously served as executive director of the Texas Independent Automobile Dealers Association (TIADA), where he led significant growth in both membership and organizational resources.
During his tenure, TIADA expanded its annual budget from approximately $630,000 to more than $2 million while growing membership from 850 to nearly 1,300 dealers.
Prior to leading TIADA, Martin held several leadership positions with the Association of Texas Professional Educators, where he helped grow membership from 65,000 to 107,000 members and ultimately served as director of member services.
A dedicated supporter of NAAA, Beckstrom has played an instrumental role in advancing industry best practices through his involvement with the NAAA Standards Committee and related initiatives. His contributions have helped strengthen the consistency, transparency, and professionalism that underpin wholesale vehicle transactions throughout the industry.
Beckstrom has also contributed to current NAAA Guidelines initiatives in collaboration with the NAAA Standards Committee and serves on the NAAA Education and Training Committee.
Today, Beckstrom leads learning solutions for ConditionReports.com, where he develops NAAA Arbitration and Damage Analysis certification courses and represents the company through industry education, committee service, and guidelines initiatives.
“His efforts have helped equip industry professionals with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate increasingly complex remarketing environments,” NAAA said.
In addition to his work with NAAA, Beckstrom lectures for Auction Academy, co-chairs the CAR Committee for the Automotive Remarketing Alliance, and contributes his expertise across numerous industry initiatives.
“Through these roles, he has helped foster greater collaboration and understanding among auctions, consignors, dealers, service providers, and other remarketing stakeholders,” NAAA said.
