There’s some new blood at the top for five ADESA auctions.
The national auto auction chain announced new general managers at five of its auctions via a post on LinkedIn, with Amanda Campbell taking the reins of ADESA Flint, Matt Sniscak at ADESA New Jersey, Steve Kotta at ADESA Golden Gate, Sean Kemper at ADESA Jacksonville and Jake Caggiano now leading ADESA Phoenix.
Campbell joins ADESA after 21 years in various roles with Avis Budget Group, most recently as director of Michigan airport operations. ADESA cited her experience leading large teams, managing operations and driving strategic results as her key assets.
Sniscak is a veteran of 15 years with ADESA, having served in multiple roles with ADESA Chicago and ADESA New Jersey. He’s been the New Jersey auction’s assistant GM for the past three years, leading the team during its recent transition period. The company said his completion of the AMT program in 2019 illustrates his commitment to leadership.
Kotta began his career at ADESA in 2001, which the company said gives him “a depth of industry, customer and company knowledge without parallel.” He’s ADESA Golden Gate’s assistant GM for more than 13 years.
Kemper was ADESA Memphis’ mechanic shop manager when he joined the company in 2008 before transferring to ADESA Nashville in the same role. After leaving ADESA for other opportunities, he returned in 2023 as ADESA Nashville’s general sales manager.
Caggiano worked his way up from condition report writer to sales representative to commercial accounts manager, ADESA said, building his skills and experience through hard work, new challenges and new locations before moving to ADESA Phoenix as AGM last September.
