ACERTUS has a new chief operating officer and a new chief financial officer.

The automotive logistics-as-a-service company said Tuesday that Alisha Buelt has been promoted to COO and Michael DeLuca has been hired as CFO.

Buelt has been with ACERTUS for 15 years and was most recently senior vice president of global strategy. She was also one of Auto Remarketing’s 2019 Women in Remarketing honorees.

DeLuca was most recently CFO at YA Group.

They replace Ross Rachey and Jason Onsen in the COO and CFO roles, respectively.

In a news release, Buelt said: “I’m honored to take on this new role and continue contributing to the ACERTUS success story.Having grown with the company for almost 15 years, I’ve had the unique opportunity to understand our business from multiple perspectives.

“I look forward to leveraging this experience to further strengthen our position as the industry’s only true full-service platform for automotive logistics,” she said.

DeLuca added: “I’m excited to join ACERTUS at such a pivotal time in the company’s journey. The company has built an impressive platform that is transforming automotive logistics, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success and growth through strategic financial leadership.”
