Auto auction giant ADESA announced leadership changes at four of its locations, with new general managers at the helm in Orlando, Tampa, Minneapolis and Shreveport, La.

Rod Thompson has joined ADESA Orlando as GM after nine years with the company, beginning in 2015 as dealer sales and service manager of ADESA Tulsa. He was promoted to GM a year later and has since served as executive sales director for KAR Global and GM of ADESA Tampa.

Replacing Thompson in Tampa is Mike Mulvaney, a 20-year ADESA veteran who has been promoted from assistant GM. Mulvaney came to of ADESA in 2004 as fleet lease manager of its Boston location and later worked in several roles at ADESA New Jersey, including assistant GM.

New ADESA Minneapolis GM Frank Perrone is new to ADESA, coming to the company with extensive experience in dealerships. He most recently served as GM of Grieco Mazda in Delray Beach, Fla. His management experience also includes stints as GM/executive vice president for Holman Automotive and chief operating officer of The Moore Family of Dealerships.

Bill Dockery was named GM of ADESA Shreveport, bringing with him more than 20 years of operational management experience and a background in Six Sigma and Lean operations. He got his start in the auto auction industry in 2005 managing Capitol Hill Auto Auction and later spent time as a branch manager for IAA.
