ALCOA, Tenn. -

Airport Auto Auction recently announced it has been awarded a contract with the U.S. General Services Administration, and will soon hold its first GSA sale.

Officials at the family-owned independent auction, which is celebrating more than 30 years in business, say they expect to host their initial GSA Sale on Nov. 8.

“October is always a special month for us, but adding GSA as a consignor makes this anniversary month even more meaningful,” said general manager Trent Long. “We’re excited about bringing this avenue to our area and to our dealers who have been so loyal to us for over 30 years.”

Airport Auto Auction noted that all sales will also be available via online simulcast.
