HAMDEN, Conn. –
Central Auto Auction of Hamden, Conn., this week announced its new assistant general manager. Peter Saldamarco, president of the auction, named Anthony Salerno to the role.
Salerno previously worked as assistant general manager for ADESA Long Island, and more recently as general manager of ADESA Miami.
Salerno’s prior experience at these major national auction facilities makes him the ideal candidate to fill the role at Central Auto Auction, Saldamarco noted.
“We are thrilled to welcome Anthony Salerno aboard, as he offers a tremendous amount of expertise in our industry,” Saldamarco said. “Anthony has many industry contacts, vast industry knowledge and an exceptional track record of success.
“His main focus initially will be to manage our rapidly-increasing commercial consignment volume. We know he’ll fit right in with our staff,” Saldamarco said.
