Dominion Dealer Solutions Unveils Tool for Enhanced Service Lane Prospecting

Dominion Dealer Solutions has released a new equity alert tool that’s meant to further empower dealers to pull in-service customers into the buying market.
The company explained DealActivator can mine the store’s database for highly-qualified equity customers from sales and service, delivering data to the dealer daily. Dealers can locate quality inventory at better prices, yielding higher gross and volume.
Dominion Dealer Solutions contends this tool can offer managers an improved user interface as well as Conquest Customer. This new features can enable dealers to capture customer-specific details on people who did not buy their vehicle at the dealership but are utilizing the service lane.
The company said dealers now can better pull customers into the buying market and better keep target unsold customers within Dominion's equity mining technology.
Furthermore, officials said this new release also can benefit current dealers in terms of streamlined process, fewer clicks and more visually appealing, user-centric reporting.
