BANNOCKBURN, Ill. –
Fleet management company Donlen has been named a 2020 Best and Brightest Company To Work For in the Nation.
Best and Brightest Programs recognize companies that show a commitment to excellence in business areas such as employee enrichment, diversity and inclusion, community initiatives and strategic company performance.
Donlen was included on the list for the sixth consecutive year. Merchants Fleet and Panasonic Automotive are additional automotive industry companies to make the list.
Donlen president Tom Callahan said a company goal is a workplace culture that promotes employee engagement, growth opportunities, community caring, and strategically serving customers with a personalized approach.
“We are thrilled to be named a Best and Brightest Company To Work For in the Nation as it demonstrates the hard work our employees do each and every day,” Callahan said in a news release.
Callahan continued, “Our ability to be creative and adaptive in these changed times speaks volumes of our employees’ dedication and commitment to making Donlen a great place to work, and we couldn’t be more proud of our Donlen team.”
