ServNet has added a former NAAA manager to help its auctions create events.
Ana Williams, who spent four years with the National Auto Auction Association as education and training manager and association services coordinator, has joined the independent auction network as director of meetings and events.
“Many of us at ServNet worked with Ana in her previous role … and we were unanimous in our decision that Ana was the right person to develop best-in-class events for our members and consignors,” ServNet president Ryan Clark said. “This investment in our team members is crucial to allow us to continue to provide the best customer service in the industry.”
In a news release, ServNet said Williams brings “a unique blend and approach to event planning, combining creativity and precision to execute events.”
She has overseen corporate conferences, industry trade shows, educational seminars and networking functions.
In addition to event coordination, Williams will work with ServNet leadership and membership to create educational training and initiatives for member auctions.
