A longtime executive for UPS is ready to deliver in the automotive sector.
Jami Kilpatrick, whose 25-year tenure with the delivery giant included the past two as vice president of corporate strategy and U.S. sales chief of staff, has joined automotive logistics-as-a-service platform ACERTUS as chief revenue officer.
In a news release, the company said Kilpatrick will lead all revenue-generating functions throughout the business, tasked with aligning sales, business development and marketing to drive growth and deliver a more unified customer experience.
“As CRO, Jami will focus on deepening ACERTUS’ customer relationships and ensuring our commercial execution is built to scale for the long term,” CEO Michael DeLuca said. “Jami brings the clarity, accountability and execution focus needed to align our teams, elevate the customer experience and fully capitalize on the growth in front of us.”
Kilpatrick brings nearly three decades of experience leading sales, strategy and go-to-market transformation, ACERTUS said, building disciplined, high-performing revenue organizations that produced consistent results in complex environments.
The company cited her focus on accountability, cross-functional alignment and execution to translate commercial strategy into “a seamless customer experience and sustainable growth.”

With UPS, Kilpatrick was a leader in driving transformation, aligning sales and operations, and scaling teams across North America, ACERTUS said.
“There is a tremendous opportunity to strengthen execution, better align our teams and deliver a more consistent, high-quality experience for our customers,” Kilpatrick said. “By staying relentlessly focused on our customers and how we serve them, we are well-positioned to accelerate growth and lead the future of automotive logistics.”
