Holman now has acquired full ownership of ARIZA, its former 50/50 joint-venture with Corporacion Zapata.

It’s a move that expands Holman’s fleet management business in Mexico, offering customers in the country and across North America a seamless, fully integrated cross-border fleet management solution.

According to a news release distributed on Tuesday, the ARIZA name will be retired as part of the transition, and the business will operate as Holman.

ARIZA was established in 1995 as a joint-venture partnership between Holman and Corporacion Zapata with the goal of helping customers navigate the increasingly complex demands of operating a multi-national fleet.

During its 30-plus year history, leadership said ARIZA has earned the trust of hundreds of customers with its fleet management expertise, innovative technology, and local market knowledge to optimize performance, transforming fleet vehicles into strategic business assets.

Holman added that customers will now have a single point of contact, consistent processes, and expanded service capabilities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

The company added ARIZA’s locations, website, digital properties, and client-facing materials will transition to the Holman name and brand identity.
