RunBuggy made an award-winning addition to its board of advisors on Wednesday.

Announced through a post on LinkedIn, the auto logistics platform welcomed John Messiha in an advisory capacity. Messiha is head of loss mitigation at Bridgecrest and was the recipient of the Loss Mitigation Executive of the Year Award at Used Car Week 2024.

Messiha’s professional career also includes time with Goldman Sachs, Uber, and Capital One Auto Finance after distinguished military service with the U.S. Marine Corp.

“John brings a rare blend of strategic thinking and operational execution to the table,” RunBuggy CEO Kevin Malik said in the LinkedIn post. “His background in loss mitigation and vendor management will be critical as we continue building the most trusted logistics network in the automotive space.”

Sharing his perspective, Messiha said, “RunBuggy is transforming how vehicles move across the country. Their platform brings unprecedented simplicity and transparency to auto transport. I’m honored to support their mission and excited to help scale impact across the industry.”
