Panicker joins logistics tech firm RPM as chief technology officer

Logistics technology provider RPM has named Binu Panicker as its new chief technology officer.
In a news release, the company cited Panicker’s 26 years of technology and executive leadership experience including stints with Covisint, Dassault and most recently as CTO of FreightVerify, where RPM said he was “instrumental in transforming the company into an AI-powered supply chain leader,” leading the strategy that helped onboard major automotive OEMs, as well as driving revenue growth and innovation.

“Binu’s leadership and deep expertise in scalable cloud architecture and AI are crucial as we expand our technological capabilities,” RPM North America president John Perkovich said. “His strategic vision will ensure we continue to provide our partners with unparalleled logistics solutions that are both data-driven and forward-looking.”
Panicker, who will report directly to Perkovich and the board of directors, will focus on execute a technology strategy that enhances supply chain efficiencies through RPM’s platform with AI and automation, leading the product and engineering teams to integrate the technology into all business verticals.
