Several industry awards were handed out Thursday at the NAAA/CAR event in Las Vegas, including the Consignor of the Year, Remarketer of the Year, and more.

During the Industry Awards Ceremony, the Consignor of the Year award went to Bob Graham, vice president of vehicle remarketing at ARI.  Meanwhile, Remarketer of the Year honors went to Henry Stanley, president of Carolina Auto Auction and Indiana Auto Auction.

The NAAA Warren Young Fellowship award went to Brad Myers, senior manager of vehicle remarketing operations at Capital One Auto Finance. Previous winners of the award are Jim DesRochers (2012), who is the vice president at Dealers Auto Auction of the Southwest; and Ron Smith (2011), president of Auto Remarketing parent company S&A Cherokee.

Additionally, the 2012 International Automotive Remarketers Alliance Certified Automotive Remarketer graduates were announced, as well.  Receiving recognition were:

Earlier in the week was the Circle of Excellence Award Presentation. This year’s honors went posthumously to Matt Marks, the late executive director of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance.
