SANFORD, Fla. –

Sanford Auto Dealers Exchange announced this week it has just completed the construction of a new Remarketing Center that officially opened this past June.

The new building is 4,000 square feet and will house SADE’s fleet personnel along with fleet consignor representatives, the auction explained. And there is bound to be plenty of room, since the building’s design includes 13 total offices with six designated for fleet account reps as well as a common area with room for nine account coordinators “to further facilitate auction fleet sales,” officials said.

According to auction owner Mike Tumminello, “significant growth” in SADE’s fleet lease business made the expansion necessary.

Commenting on the news, Tumminello said,  “By moving our fleet personal into one new building, SADE is now more efficient in communication between departments, improving our auction's already strong customer service and solidifying our commitment to commercial accounts. The building has served as a very positive motivator for our employees and consignor reps as well.”

And the Remarketing Center wasn’t the only change at SADE this year; the expansion also included paving five additional acres of lot now totaling 70 acres.
