ServNet Auction Group has added two new members to its board of directors, selecting Cole Hooten of Central Arkansas Auto Auction and Mere Rangel of Big Valley Auto Auction to join current members Vann Humphrey of Carolina Auto Auction and Billy Willis of Greenville Auto Auction.

The board will be led by chairman Ryan Clark of Greater Rockford Auto Auction and Great Lakes Auto Auction, who recently completed his term as ServNet’s president.

In addition, the independent auto auction network has named Collin McConkey of DAA Northwest and McConkey Auction Group as vice president.

“Each of these leaders brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and vision to ServNet and to the independent auction industry as a whole,” said Cody Boswell, who succeeded Clark as ServNet president last week. “I want to thank both our new and current board members for their commitment to ServNet. Through their leadership, our members are represented with strength, legacy, innovation and purpose.

“As the driving force behind our organization’s vision, our board continues to lead new initiatives and address the evolving challenges of our industry. I look forward to building on our accomplishments and reaching the goals we’ve set for the future.”
