ServNet Auction Group has a new president.

The network of independent auto auctions said it has chosen Cody Boswell of Missouri Auto Auction to lead the group.

As ServNet president, Boswell succeeds Ryan Clark, who has completed his term and will continue to serve as the group’s chairman of the board.

“Congratulations to Cody on becoming president of this great organization,” Clark said in a news release. “ServNet auctions are built on strong family legacies, and Cody’s family has run great auctions for 25 years. I truly believe that Cody lives our ServNet values and will be the leader to take us to the next level.

“As I look back on my time as president, I’m incredibly proud of what we accomplished together as a network. One of the highlights was developing new training programs that continue to strengthen our teams,” Clark continued. “It is vitally important for all of our auctions to invest in our people. These programs not only helped teach about the industry but also built networks that our team members can rely on every day.

“We also launched a data analysis program for all of our auctions that demonstrates to the industry that the right place to transact is with a ServNet auction,” he said.

In the news release, Boswell added, “It’s a great honor to be chosen as the next President of ServNet, and I thank the members for their consideration. My vision for this role centers on maintaining the strength of the ServNet community by uniting tradition, technology, and trust.

“As the second-generation owner of an independent auction, I’ve come to see that our greatest strength has always been our relationships. We’ve built our businesses on service, transparency, and integrity, but we also face an ever-evolving landscape, technology, buyer habits, and consolidation; it’s all moving at once. My goal is to make sure ServNet not only keeps up, but continues to lead the way forward,” Boswell said.

“At the end of the day, I want to preserve what’s made us great while helping us evolve into what’s next,” he said. “For ServNet auctions, the future looks bright.”
