FRANKLIN, Tenn. -

ServNet is set to hold its biannual Meet the Owners event next month in Southern California, where it will elect a new member of the board of directors, meet with remarketing executives and more.

The group also noted that technology continues to be a major focus on these events.

The fall meeting will be on Nov. 8. ServNet will begin with a day-long business meeting, where it will elect the new director. After the meeting, the group is hosting leaders from its national accounts and other business partners at the Marconi Automotive Museum in Orange County.

The event at the museum is slated to run from 6:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.

“Our Meet the Owners events in the spring and the fall are significant items on our annual calendar," said ServNet president Charles Nichols. “It is important for the owners of ServNet's 30 member auctions to meet directly with remarketing executives from the country's leading portfolios to discuss market conditions, identify trends and explore options for innovation.

“It is a tremendous opportunity for interaction between auction owners with decades of experience and the decision makers among the remarketing community. These meetings always help us refine the services provided to the National Account community,” Nichols said.
