SAN DIEGO -

Minutes after the latest general session on multi-platform selling at the National Remarketing Conference,  Whann Technology Group and Liquid Motors announced some multi-platform news of their own.

Whann Technology Group revealed a new integration and distribution partnership with Liquid Motors.

Effective immediately, all 125 AWG Simulcast auctions will be able to publish listings to all major wholesale portals with “a simple click,” the company said.

In essence, Liquid Motors chief operating officer Greg Lubrani explained, the inventory is pushed from the AWG Simulcast auction to Liquid Motors’ multi-platform portal, and then is pushed to any and all of the three selling platforms the auction chooses.

In other words, the number of platforms the inventory is sent to is completely up to the auction.

“Liquid Motors is excited to partner with Whann Technology Group to make the One-Click Wholesale service available to independent auto auctions that utilize the AWG simulcast platform,” said Lubrani.

“Whann Technology Group is a very progressive technology provider with a large independent auto auction customer base which makes this partnership an ideal fit for Liquid Motors," he added.

The move also helps to cut down on the change for multiple sales of the same vehicles as the listing will be “delisted” from all portals when a floor bid has been reached.

The integration portion of the partnership will be completed the first week in December and will become available across the entire 125 auction AWG Simulcast platform, officials explained.

“The Liquid Motors relationship allows our auctions the ability to list vehicles in multiple marketplaces without the risk of selling a car that is unavailable. Auctions can now syndicate all of their consignor listings, but as importantly, remove sold listings instantly from all portals once sold,” said Keith Whann, founder of Whann Technology Group.

“We can give visibility to the listing without the concern for penalty or the sacrifice of customer satisfaction.”

Whann added:  “We have paired our Whann Technology Group listings engine to advantage the actual vehicle listings by matching multiple images and robust descriptions with condition reports. From creating the listing, to selling and delisting the vehicle, the process is seamless.”
