Global fleet services provider ARI and its parent company Holman Enterprises on Wednesday promoted two leaders to sales leadership posts, with a company executive saying the new VPs will help ARI customers “maximize the potential of their fleet as a strategic business asset.”

The company named Joe Foster as vice president of technical sales and Ryan Peters as vice president of sales for ARI’s eastern region.

As vice president of technical sales, Foster will lead a team of regional engineering managers, account managers, and truck specification analysts. That team will continue aligning the sales efforts of the commercial business segments, including ARI and Auto Truck Group.

Previously, Foster was responsible for ARI’s sales efforts throughout the eastern region. He helped develop a team of sales managers specializing in aligning the company’s fleet management solutions with customer needs.

Foster started with Holman Enterprises in 2014 with Auto Truck Group, a work truck upfitter focusing on the design, manufacture, and installation of truck and van equipment. Foster’s most recent post was director of national fleet sales.

As for Peters in his new post as vice president of sales, he will manage ARI’s new business development activities throughout the eastern United States. The company said Peters will play an important role in its continued strategic growth in the fleet management industry.

Peters started with the organization in 2018, working as a director participating in Holman Enterprises’ Leadership Rotational program. Before his time at Holman Enterprises, he worked as an attorney with the Pepper Hamilton law firm.

In addition, Peters currently serves as a lieutenant commander in the SEAL team reserve unit.

“Joe and Ryan’s extensive automotive and fleet expertise combined with their natural leadership traits have proven to be invaluable to our organization and they’ll certainly continue to help our customers maximize the potential of their fleet as a strategic business asset,” ARI executive vice president, sales and service excellence Anthony Foursha said in a news release.

Foursha continued, “Together, ARI, Auto Truck Group, and Holman Enterprises are able to leverage our unrivaled automotive core competencies to help customers overcome real-world business challenges that often transcend fleet and the latest evolution of this alignment provides a truly seamless end-to-end supply chain solution for all fleet stakeholders.”

Anthony Foursha says Craig Pierce’s leadership qualities and “impressive business acumen” have been valuable to fleet services provider ARI.

“Craig’s extensive knowledge of the industry’s landscape and his unrivaled ability to understand the tangible ways fleet impacts our customers’ business are certain to fuel our continued growth and success for many years to come,” Foursha, who is ARI executive vice president, sales and service excellence, said in a news release.

Those qualities paid off for Pierce as ARI on Monday announced his promotion to vice president of U.S. sales.

He previously led the organization’s western region sales efforts, and in his new post, he will oversee ARI’s U.S. sales efforts. Duties will include sustaining ARI’s continued growth in the marketplace.

He will also work to ensure that customers can use the company’s fleet management products successfully to navigate business challenges and boost the revenue-generating potential of their fleets.

In his previous role leading western region sales, he helped develop a sales manager team that focuses on aligning ARI’s fleet management products with customer needs.

Before he joined ARI, he was vice president of sales for Integra Telecom, contributing to that company’s growth. He also held several leadership positions during more than 10 years with CenturyLink.
