CARMEL, Ind. — Dealer Services Corp. of Indiana Wednesday revealed the company expanded its team of sales representatives into 10 additional dealer markets. 

Executives emphasized this addition brings the total number of sales reps in DSC's business development team to more than 50, complementing the company's existing operations presence in 72 markets nationwide.

The company indicated it plans to grow its sales team throughout this year to amplify its personal approach to customer service.

"We have made the commitment to have a strong presence in the marketplace. Our belief is that this will allow us to provide our customers and business partners with exceptional customer service that is unmatched in the industry," stated Rich Coutu, vice of business development.

"DSC has been able to build a team of sales professionals with extensive experience in all areas of the automotive industry. This only adds to the commitment we have made to our valued customers," Coutu added.

DSC reiterated that each of 50 sales representatives is empowered with mobile access to the company's proprietary "Discover" operating system. Management said customer account data is available in real time, which allows the company to fully serve DSC's dealer relationships.

In addition, executives stressed each sales representative is trained and certified in the multiple products and services offered by DSC and its business partners, which includes inventory financing, Lender Access Network and Lease Advantage.
