WALTHAM, Mass. — IMN, the provider of the communication solution Loyalty Driver to more than 1,200 dealers, recently appointed a new vice president of automotive services.

Moving into the role is Brian Epro, who is being asked to enhance the solution's position in the industry. Loyalty Driver launched back in 2004.

Company executives noted the Epro will be tasked with aiding dealerships, OEMs, and partners utilize new features and tools within Loyalty Driver. They credited Epro for cultivating the company's position to secure recommendations from manufacturers such as Ford, Volvo, Lexus and BMW.

"The success we've had in the automotive space is a direct result of the strong relationships Brian has built within the industry and his drive to make IMN the market leader," explained Kimo Kong, vice president of worldwide sales.

"He has already set the bar incredibly high, so we look forward to watching Brian surpass our expectations in his new role," Kong added.

"I am continually impressed with the investment and vision IMN brings to the automotive landscape," Epro contended.

"Our new mobile and social media offerings are unlike anything available to dealers to date, and I look forward to introducing them to dealerships and partners in 2010," he added.

IMN noted that dealers can learn more about Loyalty Driver during the National Auto Dealers Association convention in Orlando, Fla., next month. They can make an appointment to speak with company officials during the event by calling (866) 964-6397, ext. 214.
