BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. — Penske Automotive Group has expanded its footprint in southern California with the purchase of two dealerships in Santa Ana.

Commonwealth Audi and Commonwealth are co-located at the Santa Ana Auto Mall in Orange County. Officials project that the stores will record combined annual revenue of $80 million.

Officials said that Penske has nine Audi stores and two VW stores that it operates in the U.S., thanks to the addition of these dealerships.

"We are pleased to increase our presence in the southern California market with these outstanding brands, and we welcome the employees to the PAG team," stated George Brochick, executive vice president for Penske Automotive Group's western region

"These dealerships offer outstanding product portfolios in the volume and luxury segments and represent a tremendous opportunity for Penske Automotive Group to grow its business in this key geographic market," he added.
